My Story
The journey that shaped who I am today
My journey into tech started back in high school, when I first came across programming and computer networks. At first, it was just curiosity — I wanted to know how apps worked and how computers talked to each other. But the more I explored, the more I fell in love with it. I knew this was something I wanted to do for the rest of my life.
Growing up in Rwanda, I saw how technology could change lives — how it could solve real problems and make things better for communities. That’s what pushed me to go deeper into software development and networking, even without going to university. I taught myself, built projects, broke things, fixed them, and kept learning.
Since then, I’ve worked on some amazing projects — from healthcare systems that help thousands of people to AI-powered traffic solutions that aim to reduce congestion in busy cities. Every project has taught me something new and made me even more passionate about using tech for good.
Today, I work as a Senior Full Stack Developer. I love what I do — whether it's building new things, experimenting with new tools, or helping younger developers grow. For me, it’s not just about writing code. It’s about creating something meaningful and being part of Rwanda’s growing tech story.
